I analyzed 2,496 U.S. hospitals using CMS readmission and HCAHPS data to uncover $207.42M in potential savings. This 3-page Power BI dashboard provides national benchmarking, hospital-level comparisons, and financial improvement strategies.

The analysis combines Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program data with patient satisfaction metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvement strategies across the U.S. healthcare system.

The Challenge

Hospital readmissions within 30 days cost Medicare billions annually and indicate gaps in care quality. Despite risk-adjustment models, significant variation exists across hospitals and states. Healthcare administrators lack comprehensive tools to:
